• No smoking inside the property.
• No parties or events. No unauthorised guests — only registered guests may stay.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
• Please treat the property and furniture with care.
• No pets, unless agreed in advance.
• Please keep communal areas clean and tidy.
• No illegal activity is permitted.
• Please report any damage or issues as soon as possible.
• Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Check in after 3pm and Check out by 10am unless a later other has been agreed.
